Product Description

Inclined plate precipitator/inclined tube precipitator is a solid-liquid separation environmental protection equipment with advanced technical performance. It adopts the theory of shallow sedimentation of dispersed particles to design a new type of sedimentation tank to improve the sedimentation efficiency. There are many inclined plate/inclined tube fillers in the inclined plate sedimentation tank, which increases the sedimentation area of the equipment and reduces the hydraulic radius. Under the same flow rate, the Reynolds number Re can be greatly reduced, the water turbulence can be reduced, and the sedimentation effect can be increased. The application of inclined plate/inclined tube packing shortens the sedimentation distance of particles in the water, thus shortening the sedimentation time and greatly improving the sedimentation efficiency.

 

Application

1. Electroplating wastewater: It contains a variety of metal ions, and the removal rate of chromium, copper, iron, zinc, and nickel is above 90%. Generally, electroplating wastewater can meet the discharge standard after treatment. 
2. Coal mine and mineral processing wastewater: the turbidity can be reduced from 500-1500mg/L to 5mg/L.
3. Wastewater from printing and dyeing, bleaching and dyeing: chroma removal rate is 70-90%, COD removal rate is 50-70%.
4. Wastewater from tanning, food and other industries: remove a large amount of organic matter, COD removal rate is 50-80%, and impurity solid removal rate is more than 90%.
5. Chemical wastewater: COD removal rate is 60-70%, chroma removal is 60-90%, and suspended solids meet the discharge standard.

 

Working Principle

(1) Using the principle of laminar flow, the water flows between the plates or in the tube, and the hydraulic radius is small, so the Reynolds number is low. Generally, when the Reynolds number Re is around 200, the water flow is in a laminar state, which is extremely beneficial to sedimentation. The Froude number of the water flow in the tube is about 1*10^-3~1*10^-4, and the water flow is in a stable state.
(2) The area of the sedimentation tank is increased to improve the sedimentation efficiency. Of course, due to the specific arrangement of the inclined plate, the influence of the inlet and outlet water, and the influence of the flow state in the plate or tube, the processing capacity cannot reach the theoretical multiple. The ratio of the actual improved precipitation efficiency to the theoretical precipitation efficiency is called the effective coefficient.
(3) The particle precipitation distance is shortened, and the precipitation time is greatly shortened.
(4) The re-agglomeration of flocculent particles in the inclined plate or inclined tube packing promotes the further growth of the particles and improves the sedimentation efficiency.
